The Marketing Officer/Event Planner will partner with business lines across our organization to create, plan and execute memorable and impactful events that support Zions Bank’s business goals and strategic vision.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and executing a variety of marketing and community events and activities.
Development of strategic event planning and execution while tracking KPI’s, participation rates, and goals.
Communicate and work with bank departments and leaders, providing guidance and support on marketing events and activities.
Manage event marketing and advertising assets deadlines.
Assist with marketing research, strategy, advertising, market area development as it pertains to event planning and community events.
Position requires some travel and attending event events outside of normal business hours.
Plans and attends sponsorship events and participates in community organizations and activities.
Deliver high-quality client event experiences that reinforce Zions Bank’s relationship banking model.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or another related field and
Experience planning and executing large scale events in a corporate and community setting.
2+ years’ experience in event planning, bank products and services, sales, and marketing preferably in a bank setting or other directly related experience.
A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Strong organizational skill with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

This position will be located at Zions Bank Building at one South Main in Salt Lake City.
