This is a fully in-office role located within our organization’s footprint. As a key member of the Enterprise Learning and Development team, the Learning Management System Specialist will fulfill the following responsibilities:
Learning Content & Program Management:

Create and manage courses, curricula, and learning programs in the LMS.

Publish and test eLearning modules, labs, assessments, and videos.

Oversee the full content lifecycle—from upload to retirement—ensuring relevance and quality.
System Administration & Support:
-
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and enrollments.
-
Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide timely, solution-focused support.
-
Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system-specific issues and implement updates.
Reporting & Analytics:
-
Generate detailed reports using Excel and LMS tools to track learning metrics.

Provide insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
Communication & Collaboration:

Coordinate learning rollouts, including assignments, communications, and class rosters.

Partner with internal teams to develop communication plans for new offerings and updates.

Maintain documentation for system processes and troubleshooting.
Governance & Best Practices:

Ensure compliance with LMS governance policies and user experience standards.

Stay current on LMS trends and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and ROI.
What You’ll Bring:
-
1–2 years of experience with an LMS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) or similar technical/administrative role.

Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, and eLearning authoring tools.

Strong project management and analytical skills.

Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups).

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

A proactive, consultative mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
