We are seeking a Bankcard Loyalty & Rewards Product Manager to join our Bankcard Product & Services team. This team is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and management of our debit and credit card products across commercial, business, and consumer segments.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated product professional to make a measurable, highly visible impact. Specifically, this role will spearhead the development and rollout of a new, enterprise-wide loyalty rewards platform. Starting with our consumer and small business debit and credit cards, you will build a program designed to scale across the bank, transforming how we engage with and reward our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy, vendor partnership execution, and customer experience for a new enterprise loyalty rewards platform.
- Manage the product lifecycle and strategic roadmap for consumer and small business credit and debit card reward portfolios.
- Collaborate extensively with internal partners—including IT, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Sales—to implement solutions, remove barriers, and ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
- Define and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, spend growth, and enhanced customer engagement.
- Develop customized product solutions and digital experiences that align with client needs and broader bank objectives.
- Act as a primary liaison and subject matter expert between the bank and external rewards/fintech partners.
- Monitor portfolio performance, maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, and report progress to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6+ years of experience in product management, specifically focusing on loyalty/rewards programs, customer engagement, or bankcard products (credit/debit).
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic product initiatives and managing third-party vendor relationships from business case to launch.
- Familiarity with enterprise rewards platforms, merchant-funded offers, and point redemption models is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
- Effective negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
