We are seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Leader to support the development and optimization of our MarTech stack. This role will focus on implementing and maintaining marketing technologies that align with business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and usability. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to support seamless technology integration and help drive marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience leading, managing, and motivating cross-functional teams to include product managers, developers, and analysts by fostering collaboration, cultivating ownership, and inspiring delivery of a high-impact product roadmap.

  • Lead and collaborate across Marketing, IT, Compliance, and UX to bring MarTech initiatives to life, while helping shape and share our brand’s evolving story.

  • Assist in the building, implementation and maintenance of marketing technology platforms, ensuring they meet business needs.

  • Support marketing efforts aimed at customer acquisition and retention through technology-driven solutions.

  • Help troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to team members on MarTech tools and processes.

  • Maintain documentation and assist in the development of a roadmap for technology upgrades and adoption.

  • Monitor data collection and storage practices to ensure integrity and usability.

  • Support the implementation of security protocols to protect marketing data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field preferred with 7-10 years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally within banking or financial services.

  • Leadership/Management of teams is required. 

  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, and other marketing technologies.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or marketing technology are a plus.

Salary Ranges: Base salaries are dependent on location, total years of experience, and other job-related factors:

  • UT: Pay range (depending on experience): $114,000 - $152,000

  • HOU: Pay range (depending on experience): $150,000-$206,000

  • SF: Pay range (depending on experience): $175,000-$250,000

  • NY: Pay range (depending on experience):  $150,000 -$215,000
