We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to collect, cleanse, and model data from various systems to create a unified customer journey view.
Essential Functions:

Proficient in data modeling, transformation, cleansing, and creating data logic and queries.

Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, business teams, data architects, and data engineers through interviews and working sessions to ensure data integrity and alignment with organizational goals.

Provide actionable insights by analyzing marketing data from multiple channels, including social media, email, web, and paid media, to support planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns.

Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast trends, optimize marketing strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Produce concise reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI to inform strategic decision-making and enhance marketing effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all aspects of data handling and analysis.

Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing teams to understand data requirements and deliver impactful insights that align with business objectives.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, data analytics, information systems, statistics or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on banking and/or retail bank products, marketing, or a related role.

Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis, with the ability to gather, analyze, and provide data insights.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficient knowledge of databases, SQL, and MS Office applications.

Comprehensive knowledge of integrated marketing across digital, print, experiential, and emerging channels

Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)

Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Knowledge of marketing platform analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta platforms.
Salary Range: $81,000-$118,000 (depending on experience and other job-related factors)
This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.
