We are expanding in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming! Zions Bank is actively seeking a dynamic and visionary Market Leader for a newly created position to help us grow this incredible region.

As our Market President, you will be the face of our bank in the region, leading our growth initiatives, cultivating high-value relationships, and empowering a high-performing team to deliver premier financial solutions.
What You'll Do
- Be the Market Presdient: Take full ownership of our Jackson Hole market, managing all functions from lending and deposits to sales and operations, with accountability for the region's profitability and market share.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute visionary business plans that align with our company's strategic goals, spearheading our expansion and capturing new business.
- Lead & Develop Top Talent: Manage and mentor branch and commercial banking staff, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance through effective coaching, training, and motivation.
- Cultivate Key Relationships: Act as the primary relationship manager for our most significant clients and opportunities, serving as a visible leader and building a strong network within the Jackson Hole community.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement and uphold all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (including BSA, AML, and USA Patriot Act) to ensure sound and compliant banking practices.
What You Bring
- Experience: A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of proven leadership in banking, including senior-level management, budgeting, and project management experience.
- Expertise: Deep, in-depth knowledge of banking operations, credit, sales, and the current regulatory environment. You are a subject matter expert who can guide your team with confidence.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication, management, and client relationship skills. You have a talent for leading and motivating managers and team members to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strategic Vision: The ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and design creative programs and procedures that drive the business forward.
- Community Connection: A strong understanding of the Jackson Hole economic landscape and existing ties to the local business community are highly preferred.
