Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE High School Degree or Equivalent and 1+ year experience in administrative or customer support services, banking or other related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- STRONLY DESIRES – BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge of banking, bank products, bank operations and services.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Solid customer service, inter personal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other business software.
- Experience working in a fast paced corporation environment.
- Good problem resolution skills.
- Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality in variety of situations.
