We are currently accepting applications for a Commercial Vault Teller in Las Vegas, NV. This position will be in office 5 days a week and will be located at 600 White Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
· Perform activities associated with the maintenance control and security of vault cash, fulfilling change order requests, and processing deposits for commercial customers and/or Banking Centers.
· Maintain records of cash received and disbursed.
· Prepare orders for cash from bank and verifies cash received.
· Be responsible for ensuring and maintaining appropriate security and control of cash and other negotiables.
· Be responsible for accurate record keeping for all cash handling and vault risk related activities.
· Prepare vault cash balances and report of overage and shortages.
· Replenish Tellers' cash requirements.
· Be responsible for recordkeeping and possible daily teller interactions related to safekeeping items, traveler’s checks, and other misc. assets as required.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High School Degree or equivalent and 6+ months experience as a teller, vault teller, cage cashier, or relevant cash handling experience or other directly related experience.
· An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification.
· Basic knowledge of cash handling and strapping of currency.
· Basic knowledge of banking, math, balancing, debits and credits.
· Ability to accurately count money and balance transactions.
· Ability to accurately and efficiently process vault transactions.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and 10 key.

Pay range (depending on experience): $17.49-$19.44
