We are seeking a seasoned, results-driven, and client-focused professional to join our team as a Senior Branch Relationship Banker (Senior Personal Banker) at our Monticello Avenue (Dallas, TX) branch. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, deepen client relationships, provide personalized financial guidance, and recommend tailored banking solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced banking professional with strong relationship management skills and a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead consultative sales conversations by assessing client needs and recommending tailored financial solutions

  • Build, deepen, and manage client relationships through proactive outreach, business development, and ongoing service excellence

  • Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities, partnering with internal experts to deliver comprehensive banking solutions

  • Open and service deposit accounts, issue debit cards, and originate consumer loans while providing exceptional client support

  • Deliver personalized banking solutions that drive client satisfaction, portfolio growth, and branch performance

  • Develop new business and expand existing relationships through outbound calling, networking, and customer engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to consumer and small business clients, providing expert financial guidance

  • Resolve complex client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and seamless banking experience

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while supporting daily branch operations as needed

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, bank policies, and security standards while safeguarding client information

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 4 years of banking experience required, preferably in a universal banker, personal banker, or comparable retail banking role

  • Proven success in relationship-based sales, business development, and achieving performance goals

  • Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and deepen client relationships

  • Knowledge of consumer lending products and processes, including loan origination and application support

  • Comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services, including deposits, loans, credit cards, and investment referrals

  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and client service skills with the ability to resolve complex customer needs

  • Experience with teller transactions, account opening, and account servicing functions preferred

  • Strong organizational, technical, and multitasking skills, with the ability to maintain Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration in compliance with SAFE Act requirements

 

Work Schedule:

 

  • Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM

  • Saturday, 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM

 

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week). A flexible schedule within the hours listed is required.
